Trading platforms at each prop firm
Keep familiar charting and order entry
If you want to keep the charting, order entry and data connection you already know, check the platform before choosing a challenge. A firm naming your platform is a useful starting point, but it does not establish that every program supports it. The listings below come from official firm pages checked in October 2026.
Separate the trading interface from the connection behind it. Lucid Trading, for example, names several platforms as Rithmic-supported options, while Alpha Futures specifies TradingView through Plus500 connectivity. Those details matter when checking whether your existing setup will work.
Challenges are paid evaluations on simulated accounts. Most traders do not pass, and the fee is usually lost when they fail. Funded accounts are also simulated at most firms. Use the platform list to narrow your options, then check the rules that can cost you an account.

Platforms named by futures prop firms
Tradovate users have named options at Tradeify, Take Profit Trader and Lucid Trading. NinjaTrader users have named options at Take Profit Trader and Lucid Trading. TradingView appears on Take Profit Trader and Alpha Futures pages, though Alpha Futures specifically describes access through Plus500 connectivity.
Apex Trader Funding names Rithmic and Wealthcharts for evaluations. Tradeify names Tradovate, WealthCharts, Rithmic and Tradesea. Do not treat a connection name as confirmation that any interface using it is allowed; check the platform named for your chosen program.
Lucid Trading lists NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Sierra Chart, Quantower, Tradesea, Bookmap, Jigsaw, ATAS, R|Trader Pro and MultiCharts. Its page describes the latter group as Rithmic-supported platforms. This is a useful shortlist if you want to retain one of those interfaces; the published listing does not establish program-specific access.
Alpha Futures names AlphaTrader, TradingView, WealthCharts, Quantower and DeepChart. Topstep names TopstepX, which it describes as its proprietary futures platform. If keeping an existing interface is your deciding factor, the published Topstep listing does not name an alternative to TopstepX.
My Funded Futures describes trading futures contracts within a simulated environment, but its published pages do not state a platform name. Treat that as an unanswered question, not evidence that your preferred platform is supported. Compare the account rules as well as platform access before choosing a futures prop firm.
Platforms named by forex and crypto prop firms
FTMO names MT4, MT5 and cTrader. Its pages name forex, indices, commodities, stocks and crypto as available asset categories. The5ers names “Mt5 Hedge” as its platform; do not assume that listing also includes MT4 or another interface.
E8 Markets names Tradelocker, cTrader and “Match Trade.” If you are searching specifically for Match-Trader, confirm the exact platform label and access on the program page before paying. The published wording is “Match Trade,” and it does not explain that label further.
FundedNext is listed under forex on this site, but the published platform statement applies specifically to the 50K Instant Accounts it identifies. It names Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView for those accounts. That statement does not establish which platforms its other programs use.
FundingPips names forex, commodities, indices and crypto, but its published pages do not state a platform. Breakout names crypto, but its published pages also do not state a platform. A market listing alone cannot tell you which interface you will use.
Narrow your choices by market, then verify the platform on the exact program page. Tradeify also names forex alongside futures, but the pages we read do not assign its platforms separately to each market.
Firm-branded and provided platforms
Topstep explicitly calls TopstepX its proprietary trading platform. Alpha Futures names AlphaTrader, but the pages we read do not state whether AlphaTrader is proprietary. A firm-branded name alone is not enough to establish who built the platform.
Trade The Pool, which is listed under stocks, provides a platform based on TraderEvolution. That is different from an explicit claim that the firm built its own platform. Its published pages do not name an alternative interface.
Before choosing a firm-provided platform, confirm the charting tools, order-entry controls and data connection you need. The pages we read do not state those features for TopstepX, AlphaTrader or Trade The Pool’s TraderEvolution-based platform. Check the account rules as well as the platform listing before paying.
Check the platform for your exact program
A named platform answers only part of the purchase decision. The pages we read do not state platform charges or data fees, and several listings do not identify the programs they cover. Resolve those gaps before paying.
- Check data fees and any separate platform charges. The published firm pages do not state those costs.
- Confirm platform access for each program you are considering. Do not apply FundedNext’s published 50K Instant Account listing to every FundedNext account.
- Look for your exact platform name on your program page. A general firm listing is not confirmation of access for that program.
- Check the required connection. Alpha Futures specifies TradingView through Plus500 connectivity; Lucid Trading describes a range of Rithmic-supported platforms.
- Confirm access beyond the evaluation stage. Apex’s published platform wording names evaluations and does not establish access at later stages.
- Treat a missing listing as unresolved. The pages we read for My Funded Futures, FundingPips and Breakout do not state platform names.
