What Trade The Pool offers
Trade The Pool offers one-step FLEX Day, MAX Day, FLEX Swing and MAX Swing evaluations for stocks. Its pages say you can trade almost any stock or ETF listed on US markets, using a platform based on TraderEvolution. We read the official pages in October 2026.
The rule most likely to shape your trading is profit consistency: a single winning position cannot supply too much of your required or valid profit. FLEX uses a 50% cap; MAX uses a 30% cap, with different calculation bases by program. A large winner alone may not satisfy the evaluation rules.

Challenge options and missing fees
As listed in October 2026, evaluation fees were not listed on the official pages we read for any of these programs. Confirm the checkout fee before comparing costs.
The Day pages describe a 6% validated profit target based on initial balance in their scaling language. Confirm how that target applies to your selected evaluation before paying.
- FLEX Day: 5K, 25K, 50K, 100K and 200K accounts. The listed target is 6% validated profit based on initial balance, with an unlimited evaluation period; fees are not stated.
- MAX Day: 5K, 25K, 50K, 100K and 200K accounts. The listed target is 6% validated profit based on initial balance, with 60 calendar days for evaluation; fees are not stated.
- FLEX Swing: 2K, 10K, 20K and 40K accounts. The target is 15% of account buying power, with an unlimited evaluation period; fees are not stated.
- MAX Swing: 2K, 10K, 20K and 40K accounts. The target is 15% of account buying power, with 100 calendar days for evaluation; fees are not stated.
How the loss floor moves
Drawdown is the loss your account can absorb before reaching its limit. FLEX Swing and MAX Swing evaluations have a maximum drawdown of 7% of buying power. The pages we read do not state whether that evaluation floor stays fixed or moves, or exactly how unrealized losses affect it.
For funded accounts, the stated trigger uses equity, meaning the projected balance including unrealized profit. Once equity reaches 3 times the daily loss allowance in profit, the maximum drawdown floor moves to the initial balance. Going below that initial balance then terminates the account, so giving back profits can end it.
The pages we read do not state the Day evaluation loss limits or the daily loss amounts needed to calculate that funded trigger. Confirm the starting floor and daily loss calculation rather than treating account size as your loss allowance.
When you can request a payout
All listed programs pay the trader 70% of profits. A payout request requires at least 14 days since the previous payout. For a first payout, the clock starts when funded trading begins or a newly scaled account activates.
FLEX also requires 3 profitable days earning at least 0.5% each per payout cycle. Waiting 14 days alone does not meet that additional condition. The pages we read do not state a minimum payout amount or payout processing time.
Evaluation fees are non-refundable once you begin evaluation trading. The pages we read do not state a fee refund for passing, so do not include a refund in your cost calculation.
Trading rules that can limit your strategy
News trading is permitted, and positions may be held overnight and over weekends in all tiers. There is no weekend trading session. Positions with a scheduled earnings report that evening are liquidated at 3:50 PM ET on both Day and Swing accounts.
Automated software cannot execute trades. Copy trading is limited to your own strategy across at most two accounts; TraderEvolution's copy feature is evaluation-only and cannot be used on funded accounts.
FLEX Day caps the highest-profit position at 50% of the profit target. MAX Day caps the highest-profit position at 30% of total valid profit earned unless otherwise specified. FLEX Swing caps the highest-profit trade at 50% of the target; MAX Swing caps it at 30% of the target. These are not all measured against the same base.
Valid profitable positions must earn at least 10 price ticks, defined as 10.0 cents between average entry and exit prices. Swing evaluations also require opening and closing at least 5 separate positions.
FLEX evaluation and funded accounts have a 14-day inactivity timeout. MAX has that timeout on funded accounts but not evaluations. An unlimited FLEX evaluation therefore does not mean you can leave the account inactive indefinitely.
Fits you if
- Manual US stock and ETF traders who can use TraderEvolution.
- Traders who spread profits across positions rather than rely on one large winner.
- FLEX traders who want an unlimited evaluation and can stay active.
- Swing traders who can work within the 7% evaluation drawdown limit.
Skip it if
- Traders who need automated software to execute orders.
- Traders whose strategy depends on holding through scheduled evening earnings.
- Traders who need TraderEvolution copy trading on funded accounts.
- FLEX traders who expect inactivity gaps reaching the 14-day timeout.
What to confirm before paying
Challenges are paid evaluations on simulated accounts. Most traders do not pass, and the fee is usually lost when they fail. Funded accounts are also simulated at most firms; the pages we read do not establish Trade The Pool's funded execution model.
- Confirm the current checkout fee and refund terms. Trading activity makes the evaluation fee non-refundable.
- Confirm the daily loss amount, starting drawdown floor and treatment of unrealized losses for your exact program.
- Confirm the Day evaluation target, how profit is validated and which consistency calculation applies.
- Check payout minimums, processing times and the FLEX profitable-day requirement.
- Check earnings liquidation and inactivity rules against how often you trade and how long you hold positions.
