What Breakout offers
Breakout offers crypto challenges through 1-Step Classic, 1-Step Pro and 1-Step Turbo. Each has a single evaluation stage. The firm's pages do not state the platform name in the material we read.
The main rule is a static drawdown floor: your account's minimum permitted equity stays fixed relative to the starting balance. Classic allows 6% total drawdown, Pro 5% and Turbo 3%. The lower Turbo fee comes with the smallest loss allowance.

Challenge fees and targets
The fees below are one-time evaluation fees, as listed in October 2026. There is no additional activation fee. All programs have no minimum trading days and no time limit.
Reaching the profit target automatically changes the account to funded status without requiring you to close positions. Funded accounts retain the evaluation loss limits but have no profit target or profit cap. Compare fees alongside loss allowances, rather than fees alone.
- 1-Step Classic: 5K costs $45; 25K costs $215; 50K costs $400; 100K costs $800. The target is 10%, with a 3% daily loss limit and 6% static drawdown. Classic is not available at 200K.
- 1-Step Pro: 5K costs $33; 25K costs $150; 50K costs $280; 100K costs $545; 200K costs $1,090. The target is 12%, with a 3% daily loss limit and 5% static drawdown.
- 1-Step Turbo: 5K costs $20; 25K costs $95; 50K costs $180; 100K costs $330; 200K costs $660. The target is 9%, with a 3% daily loss limit and 3% static drawdown.
What ends the account
Drawdown is the amount your account can fall before it breaches a loss limit. Breakout describes its total drawdown limit as an equity floor. A static floor is fixed below your starting balance; it does not rise as you make profits.
You must also stay within the separate 3% daily loss limit on every program. It recalculates daily. The pages we read do not state the precise daily calculation base or how a payout affects the floor, so confirm those mechanics before sizing trades.
Breaching either loss limit closes all open positions and forfeits the account. There is no reset option: trading again requires buying a new evaluation. Breakout states there are no further charges or amounts to repay after a breach.
Payout timing and trader share
The standard trader share is 80% across all programs, with an upgrade to 90% available at checkout for a higher fee. Payouts are on-demand, 24/7, with a $50 minimum after the profit split. Payment is in USDC on Ethereum to your wallet.
Breakout states there are no payout cycles or approval queue, and most requests are processed within hours. The pages we read do not state a fixed processing deadline. Requesting a payout resets the account balance immediately, and trading can continue.
Evaluation fees are non-refundable once trading begins, regardless of the outcome. Passing does not create a fee refund. The pages we read do not state any payout transfer charges or the exact balance-reset calculation.
What you can trade through
News trading is allowed without news-event restrictions. Overnight, weekend and holiday holding are also allowed, with no forced closes. Those permissions do not suspend the daily loss limit or total drawdown floor.
There is no consistency rule on any Breakout account, so the listed rules do not require profits to be spread evenly across trading days. The firm's pages do not state whether EAs, bots or other automated trading are permitted.
Multiple evaluations and funded accounts are allowed, but combined funded capital cannot exceed $200,000. Breakout says to avoid hedging across separate accounts; do not treat opposite positions on different accounts as an approved way to manage risk.
Fits you if
- Crypto traders who want a fixed drawdown floor rather than a rising floor.
- Traders who need news trading and weekend holding without forced closes.
- Traders who want no minimum trading days, time limit or consistency rule.
- Traders comfortable receiving on-demand payouts in USDC on Ethereum.
Skip it if
- Traders looking for markets other than crypto in the listed offering.
- Traders whose strategy needs more than the program's 3% daily loss allowance.
- Traders who need confirmed bot permission before paying.
- Traders who require a reset option or a fee refund after trading begins.
What to confirm before paying
Challenges are paid evaluations on simulated accounts. Most traders do not pass, and the fee is usually lost when they fail. Funded accounts are also simulated at most prop firms; the Breakout material published here does not establish its funded execution model. Do not treat the account size as money you own.
We read Breakout's official pages in October 2026. Fees and rules can change. Confirm the following on the official page before choosing.
- Confirm your program, account size, checkout fee and whether you selected the paid 90% split upgrade.
- Confirm the daily loss calculation, its recalculation time and how open-position losses count toward each limit.
- Ask how a payout resets the balance and affects the static equity floor before requesting a withdrawal.
- Get confirmation on bots, automation and platform access; the pages we read do not state those details.
- Budget for the fee being non-refundable once trading starts and for a new evaluation being required after a breach.
Breakout questions
Does Breakout use static or trailing drawdown?
Breakout uses static drawdown: the equity floor stays fixed relative to the starting balance. Classic allows 6%, Pro 5% and Turbo 3%. Each also has a separate 3% daily loss limit.
When can you request a Breakout payout?
Payouts are available on-demand, 24/7, with a $50 minimum after the profit split. They are paid in USDC on Ethereum. Breakout says most requests are processed within hours.
Can you hold Breakout trades over the weekend?
Yes. Overnight, weekend and holiday holding are allowed without forced closes. Open trades still have to remain within the account's loss limits.
What happens if you fail a Breakout challenge?
A loss-limit breach closes all open positions and forfeits the account. There is no reset option, so another attempt requires a new evaluation. The evaluation fee is non-refundable once trading begins.
